Implementation process

We are committed to delivering a personalised service and do this by allocating a consultant who will be with you throughout the process of implementation. This includes software delivery and installation, and data entry and conversion training.

Our experienced consultants are trained to identify client needs and design a workflow to suit based on agency size and location. This could include the identification of the need for more onsite training opposed to classroom or online.

We recognise the most difficult stages of changing software are the go-live stage and the first payment cycle. The biggest benefit to you as a Rockend client, is knowing that we are beside you for these two critical stages. Our support team will help you through the go-live stage guiding you over the phone and, one month later for the first payment cycle we will be beside you onsite to assist you.
