On 7th of October 2014, at the Australian Service Excellence Awards, Rockend won the National Customer Charter award. Held at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), the event recognised outstanding customer service from companies across Australia.
Rockend is built on a foundation of customer service. Steven Brett, Client Services Manager, stated “I am very proud of Rockend’s Client Service Team. The team strives every day to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Rockend’s Customer Service Charter has been developed by the team to identify and focus on attributes of our service that our customer’s value.”
Through the implementation of a customer service charter, Rockend has continued to improve its high client service, rating in the top 7% of Australian businesses certified by the CSIA.
