We are honoured and proud to announce that Rockend is a finalist to the Australian Service Excellence Award, for the category of Customer Charter.

According to the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) website, the category of Customer Charter “recognises the high standards of customer care and support within call centres of any size, through a well managed and motivated staff.”

Client Services Leader at Rockend, Steven Brett, says that “the development of Rockend’s Customer Service Charter and the ongoing commitment of all personnel across the business to providing excellent service to our customers are the key reasons we have excelled this year”.
