REST Professional Version 11 was released today after going through an eight month cycle of research, development and testing.
 
As part of the process, Rockend clients are invited to participate in the Beta Program. Beta clients are given early access to new features and the opportunity to help shape the future of the product by giving feedback during the development stage. Valuable feedback from our Beta clients helps us release a final product that has been tested in the real world.

Client number 4000, Manuka Property Group from Manuka ACT is one of many businesses currently switching to our REST Professional application from Console. According to Rockend General Manager John Goddard, businesses are generally reluctant to change core systems, but when they do, it’s usually due to ongoing support and product problems. He noted that “interest to switch from other systems has doubled in the past 12 months as suppliers have failed to meet reasonable client expectations. Poor or no support is the common complaint”.
